We have seen a high level of activity this Summer. We are working as part of a team pursuing a sophisticated fraudster who has infiltrated a number of high net worth individuals. A number of punitive Court orders have been obtained. We have also assisted a guarantor in resisting charging order proceedings over his home. Finally we assisted in obtaining a cease and desist commitment against an individual looking to undermine a Corporate client. Busy times!!
